Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to respect our time and other clients who may be waiting for availability.
Patch Test Policy
Certain treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If a required patch test has not been carried out within the appropriate timeframe, the treatment will not go ahead, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their patch test is booked and completed in time.
